Python 3.15.0 Is Here
By BIOS Founding Team

Python 3.15.0 is the stable release of the 3.15 series, built from 5,643 commits by 1,012 contributors. Headline changes are explicit lazy imports (PEP 810), a frozendict built-in (PEP 814), a sentinel built-in (PEP 661) and UTF-8 as the default encoding (PEP 686).
The experimental JIT gets a 7 to 8 percent geometric-mean speedup on x86-64 Linux. A new profiling package with the Tachyon sampling profiler also lands, along with frame pointers by default (PEP 831) and a stable ABI for free-threaded builds.
