ansible-core 2.22.0b1 "Thank You"

First beta of the next minor series. The headline feature is automatic secret masking: Ansible now redacts registered secret values from display output, module logging, and task results by default.
The release also adds Python 3.15 support and drops Python 3.12 support on the controller.
