Django Adopts an Annual Release Cycle

Django's Steering Council accepted a restructuring of the release model so that, starting January 2028, Django ships one feature release per year, each carrying the equal, LTS-level three years of support.
The 'LTS' label is being retired since all releases now carry equal support, and each version will support the three most recent Python releases at launch, aligning Django's cadence with Python's own annual October release.
