Docker Engine 29.8.2 Security Release
By BIOS Founding Team

This release fixes three Engine vulnerabilities: unbounded CPU and memory use when pulling a crafted OCI image index, a malicious DNS response that could skip TLS verification or fall back to HTTP for registry connections, and forged Ethernet frames on encrypted Swarm overlay networks.
It also fixes about ten BuildKit issues, including build cache poisoning, and ships BuildKit 0.33.1, containerd 2.3.6 and runc 1.5.2.
