Elastic Stack 9.5.0: Columnar Mode and VectorDB Index

A major feature release adding Columnar Mode to Elasticsearch core, with specialized log-data profiles, and a VectorDB index mode with auto-calibration for simplified vector search tuning, plus multimodal semantic image search.
It also brought Agent Builder observability and monitoring in technical preview with OpenTelemetry tracing, GA of native PromQL support, and GA Kubernetes monitoring integration.
