Elastic Stack 9.5.4 and 9.4.7 Released

Elastic shipped 9.5.4 and 9.4.7 with a shared set of machine-learning improvements, including EuroBERT and Jina v5 embedding model support and PyTorch upgraded to 2.7.1, plus memory-bound and cancellation controls for the _msearch/template API.
Fixes address a min_hash filter parameter issue causing out-of-memory errors and several ES|QL correctness bugs.
