Git 2.51.0 Released

Git 2.51 delivered major performance gains, including up to 22x faster git fetch and 18x faster git push through batched updates on large repositories.
It also stabilized git switch and git restore out of their experimental phase and advanced work toward SHA-256 becoming the default hash function in the planned Git 3.0.
