Kubernetes v1.31 "Elli" Released

Kubernetes 1.31 shipped 45 enhancements (11 stable, 22 beta, 12 alpha), including AppArmor support reaching general availability for container syscall restriction profiles.
The release also advanced Kubernetes' move toward being cloud-neutral by externalizing cloud-provider-specific code into separate repositories, with contributions from 113 companies and 528 individuals.
