Linux Kernel 6.15 Released

This release delivered the first Rust-written Direct Rendering Manager driver and laid the foundation for NOVA, NVIDIA's next-generation open-source Rust graphics driver.
Other additions included io_uring zero-copy receive networking support, a fwctl subsystem for standardized firmware management, and Rust support extended to hrtimer and ARMv7.
