New Technical Governance Approved

Both the Django Steering Council and the DSF Board formally approved a significant overhaul of Django's technical governance model, following input from two DSF boards and dozens of community members.
Key changes simplify governance structures and broaden Steering Council eligibility criteria to widen the pool of community members who can run for election.
