pgAdmin 4 v9.18 Released

The pgAdmin team shipped v9.18 with 29 bug fixes and features and patches for four CVEs, including an authentication bypass in webserver mode and connection-string injection issues in the Backup, Restore, and Maintenance tools.
It also tightens Content-Security-Policy using per-request nonces and adds a VS Code-style collapsible Object Explorer panel.
